PROCEDURES:
1. Seller send Full Corporate Offer.
2. Buyer sign/stamp and return with ICPO indicating full banking datas.
3. Buyer issues FPA after receiving beneficiaries names from seller's
intermediates.
4. Seller issues immediately draft contract with proof or product to
Buyer by means of Refineries Certificates hard copies, where goods are
stored.
5. Seller issues 4 copies of the hard contract with remaining documents
for evidencing product as "passport of the deal" transneft contract
hard copy, Ministry of Energy and Resources and Ministry of Justice hard
copy letters, attesting the right to export. Buyer returns 2 sets of
hard copies of the contract, all signed and sealed, via international
courier.
6. Buyer issues the preadvise DLC according to the terms and conditions
of the contract.
7. Seller issues the 2% PB by means of 10 Prime World Bank Guarantee,
at Buyer's Bank full acceptance.
8. Buyer's DLC and seller's PB become operative.
9. Shipping schedule program starts.
