1. commodity : a) triple super phosphate fertilizer ----30,000MT
b) muriate of potash fertilizer --------10,000MT
2. Shipment : within (30)daus after opening of LC
3. price : price should be quoted n us$ or kyats cif yangon and total value.
4. payment : a) for us dollar, payment by irrevocable letter of credit
b) for kyats, payment by cash on delivery
5. price validity : quoted price should remain valid for (30) daus from closing date(june 5th 2002 at noon)
6. inspection : preshipment inspection to be made by independent surveyor at seller's account
7. packing : 50kgs nett packed in seaworthy strong durable woven polypropylene bag with inner linier polyethylene nags of 0.07mm thichness
