I am writing to let all know that Worldwide Consultancy SARL, located in Benin, West Africa, is trying to run a SCAM on all who try to do business with this company. They start by asking you to bid on a big proposal and tell you that 100% of the funds will be deposited into your account so that you won't spend any of your own money. Midway through the proposal process they tell you that you are guarranteed the contract promising you an ongoing relationship because they have many government contracts. Then they SWITCH and ask you to pay all the fees in advance (in our case $8500.) for various fees including the Lawyer's fees to draw up the Contract. If you read the EC21.com info on internet SCAMS this is exactly what they describe. When I questioned Worldwide Consultancy SARL about this they would not answer me back. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS!!!
