Remote Control

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
My name is Tobiasz, 42 years old. I work in a small electronic design company, situated in Switzerland an currently, we design a remote-controlled outdoor tool for a big company in Germany. Because of a non-disclosure agreement, we cannot tell you more about the project, but the planned market volume is about 300 thousand pieces per year.
For this project, we need a small handheld remote control transmitter and a PCB module receiver.
The requirements are listed below. Can you offer some transmitters and matching receivers?
Could you please send us some specifications and pictures of the items you can offer?

Transmitter requirements:
- Comes in a small hand held enclosure
- One channel only
- works at 433 MHz
- Has a key code. It must be possible to operate multiple transmitter / receiver pairs independently at the same time.
- Has a range of at least 100 meters, free field outdoor. (In conjunction with the receiver)
- Doesn't have an external antenna (nice to have)
- Is water proof (nice to have)

Receiver requirements:
- Either: Is a small PCB module with logic level output(s), no Relay on the PCB. Attachable to another circuit in THT or SMD technology.
- Or: A schematic with components.
- Can be operated with a voltage below 6V.
- Offers the lowest possible current consumption
- Comes with a populated antenna
- Comes with a data sheet (nice to have)
- Has a (re-)programmable key code (nice to have)
