Dear Supplier / Wholesaler,
As you can see, we are a sports consultancy company operating in the USA, UK & China. However, recently, one of our clients in San Francisco has requested our assistance, in sourcing and securing a supplier of frozen poultry for export to China, via our company in China. We are flexible on our initial supply, as we wish to establish a long term relationship with a suitable supplier.
To qualify & verify our interest & capabilities, I am willing to fly to Brazil from San Francisco at anytime this week. I am flexible to meet with you in person, in order to discuss terms, sign agreements & satisfy your requirements.
