2. CIF price for China mainland port needed.

3. Payment
3-1. Irrevocable, Transferable DLC 100% at sight
3-2. the buyer will opne the DLC after receing 2% PB from the seller
3-3. The buyer bank will pay in full at the port of loading
after receiving the BL, COO, SGS, health certi and other information from
the seller bank

4. procedure
LOI-> FCO->Signback FCO->SPA draft
->SPA sign back-2%PB from seller->DLC issuing from the buyer.
