We are looking for Scaleless oil tempered commercial grade spring wire in the following three diameters to produce springs:
a) 3.0 mm
b) 2.8 mm
c) 2.0 mm
Tolerances on wire diameter: =/- .0755mm
Finish: The wire has to have light oil finish.
The chemical composition of the wire MUST be as follows:
C 0.60 to 0.75%
Si 0.10 to 0.35%
Mn 0.50 to 1.20
P 0.20 max
S 0.20 max
Cu 0.10 max
The material should have be able to be annealed on temperature 350F for 3.5 hours if required to meet force-extension specifications.
The springs made of the above required wire will be a part of 'Hinge Assembly'.
Requirement: 50,000 Kilo per order
Frequency of Order: every two months. Its an ongoing requirements.
