We are interested in importing large amount of COCOA POWDER. We need two types of Cocoa Powder:
1) Alkalized Cocoa Powder
Specifications:
moisture 5.0% max.
%Fat 10-12%
pH 7.0+0.3
Fineness 99% (pass thru 200mesh)
Standard Plate Count 10,000 col./g max.
Molds & Yeast 50 col/g max.
Coliforms 10 col/g max.
E.Coli Negative
2) Natural Cocoa Powder
Specifications:
moisture 5.0% max.
%Fat 10-12%
pH 5.6-6.0
Fineness 99% min. (pass thru 200mesh)
Standard Plate Count 20,000 col/g max.
Molds & Yeast 50 col/g max.
Coliforms 10 col/g max.
E.Coli Negative
