Dear Sir/Madam,
We are currently in demand for thread rolling machines.
To make our demand clearer to you, I'm posting requirements for the machinery below.
The index of the final product according to DIN classification is 975/4.62ZP threaded rod
1. Outside diameter of work piece - 8 mm/10 mm
2. Length of full work piece and thread - 2000 mm, complete thread
3. Material - preferably steel
4. Thread profile. Thread pitch - 1.25 mm
5. Output which we request. Minimal output - 100 meters per hour.
If you can supply this machinery, please post us the following information:
Requirements for part blank (hardness, calibration, diameter range) for producing 8 mm and 10 mm threaded rod.
Price, payment terms and delivery terms.
List of components included in a standard set.
