This is what I will buy.

Russian D2- FOB-CIF ASWP.

NET US$10 per MT.

Payment: NON-Transferable DLC.

My procedure is simple:

1. Once Seller and my Buyer agree for the
Draft contract, Seller will get it
done in hard copies and insert the
BCIMFPA (Bank Corporate Irrevocable
Master Fee Protection Agreement)
established by my Buyer.

2. When the terms of the contract have
been agreed and the contract has
been signed PROOF OF PRODUCT is dine
together with PROOF OF FUNDS
(Typically a window time set for my
Buyer’s and your Seller’s Bank to
make the necessary
verification/probing.

3. Seller issues 2% Non-operative
Performance Bond that will activate
automatically the DL/C.

4. My Buyer issues Non-operative DL/C
immediately in 24 hours NOT
TRANSFERABLE which will activates
the Performance Bond which will
activate the DL/C.

5. Deliveries commence.

B.C.L.: Bank Comfort Letter will be sent when the Seller sends POP (Proof of Product) and the confirmation of their Bank about the Readiness to
provide to the Buyer 2% PERFOMANCE BOND after the Contract has
been signed.

No documents will be sent until I've viewed your offer. I also need the sellers name (not contact information at this point) There are many sellers I already work with and some I will not.
If you have any Draft Contracts that will fill my demand, send today.
