Dear Sir,

We have a ready buyer who want to buy (import) HMS 1 & 2 immediately.
Our buyer can place ORDER IMMEDIATELY-

1) Our buyer will take only HMS 1 &2 now.
2) Our counter target price is maximum US$ 143- per metric ton C&F Haldia sea port, India INCLUSIVE
US$ 2- /MT AS OUR COMMISSION (We have to pay US$ 1- to someone).
3) We will buy 30,000 metric tons at present.
4) If your quality and supply is satisfactory, then we will go for 2nd order at the then rulling price of the market.
5) Payment by L/c at sight, but we do not agree for Taransferable and divisable L/c. Our buyer will open their
L/c in the name of the actual shipper / supplier only.
6) Actual Seller's company profile, bank particulars should be send to us immediately for the study of our buyer
( we assure you, we will NOT deal with the actual seller DIRECTLY SUPERSITING YOU anyway , WE WILL GO THROUGH YOU ALWAYS).
7) Before opening our L/c-but after signing the Sales Contract, Representative of the buyer will go to inspect
the material PHYSICALLY. On receipt of their satisfactory report, our buyer will ask for SGS Inspection. The
SGS will seal the 30,000 metric tons for our buyer and Our buyer will open the L/c immediately.
8) After opening the L/c, the actual seller will send 2% PB within 7 banking days. From the date of receipt of
the original and acceptable PB by our buyer from the seller, the L/c will be operative.
9) SGS will complete the preshipment inspection before shipment the scraps to the ship.
10) The specific phtograph of the specific 30,000 MT HMS 1 &2 is necessary.

If our above terms are acceptable to you and your actual seller, then ask your actual seller to send a formal offer to us for 30,000 metric tons of good quality HMS 1 & 2 urgently.
