Dear Sirs/ Madams;
We need 0.5ml auto destructive syringe with 23Gx1 needle, the other requirements are listed below,
1. For one usage, easy to use and with a mechanic that prevents reuse.
2. Every syringe should be sterilized and wrapped well separately.
3. The syringe body is made from transparent plastic and it’s details is inerasable.
4. The syringe contents is made from harmless materials and doesn’t cause allergy.
5. The syringe contents should be made from materials that doesn’t react with the injected appeals (poly propylene).
6. The needle shouldn’t rust, soft & without any protrusions that may obstacle the easiness of penetrating the skin and covered with a silicon layer.
7. The needle must be contacted with the syringe tip where it couldn’t be separated and be pulled inside it again.
8. The way of sterilization, production, expire date and date of operating should be stated on the wrapper.
9. Lowest percentage of appeal loss.
10. The syringe shouldn’t have any gap between the needle base and the piston tip.
11. The needle should be (23Gx1) according to the conditions book with gauge of (0 & 0.5ml only).
12. Consists of a part that prevents the damage of the syringe while being wrapped.
13. The syringe should prevent any infection transfer and even after getting rid of it ( the needle should be pulled inside the syringe body after usage).
