- With reference to the above subject we are pleased to inform you that Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) has invited an int'l bid for supply & delivery of Multi-function Processor for 60MW Power Station.

- Deadline for submission of the bid is 25.05.2005.

- Earnest money/ bid bond/ Bid security money is in the fixed amount of US$ 1100.00 to be submitted along with the bid proposal in the form of bank guarantee and to be issued through your banker's correspondent bank in Bangladesh.

- We, M2KTTC, will co-operate you in all aspects particularly to prepare the offer, to get the contract and to execute the same. For example, we will purchase the bid document and will courier you the same, will prepare draft proposal on your behalf and will send you the soft copy, will submit your proposal to BPDB, will pursue in getting the business and will provide you all the local logistic supports and technical assistance etc.

If you are interested, please confirm us about your participation into this bid by return mail urgently. After getting confirmation, we will go for further necessary action as stated above.
