My name is Peter Nikolovski and I am the CEO of a large Australian Gutter Guard Company. The gutter guard we use is made of polyethylene and is used to keep leaves and birds out of roof guttering, valleys and roofs.
We are currently looking for a metal equivalent of this mesh to combat fires. The mesh must be Expanded Aluminium Mesh in a Rhombic pattern and have hole sizing of (SW)4mm x (LW)6mm. Strand height and width should be approximately .5mm each.The materials used must be:
1. Aluminium
The width of the mesh will need to be in the following widths and have the long edges looped or finished off to prevent cutting hands:
1. 1000mm
2. 500mm
3. 300mm
The rolls of mesh should be a minimum of 30m but a 50m roll would be preffered.
We would also like to know if it is possible to epoxy coat the mesh for colour matching with BlueScope Steel Colorbond Colours.

The nearest port destination will be Sydney (CIF please). We will require a small sample to see if product is within our specifications. Once approval is gained, an ongoing contract will be arranged. The contract term will be indefinate. We will purchase product by the container.
