7.SHIPMENT:
Before 31st July 2012, ex African Port, subject to Seller's receipt of workable letter of credit and availability of suitable vessel space.
8.DELIVERY TERMS:
CIF Shanghai, China, as per INCOTERMS 2010 and its latest revisions. Chinese duties unpaid, Chinese customs uncleared. All container related costs at disport (including but not limited to THC) are for Buyer's account.
