we are an Italian company trading in electronics with branches in Milan and Siena.

We import mainly Notebooks and other electronic products (PC/Desktops PC/LCD monitors/Digital cameras) that we sell directly (through a network of sales rep) to the Italian market.

We are looking for (new or refurbished) notebooks with the following main characteristics:
Pentium III/IV 1.8ghz, RAM 256 MB, CD-rw, Floppy, Modem, HD 30 GB, 14?TFT, OS, ITALIAN KEYBOARD (qwerty), 220 AC

Prices for brand NEW notebooks, should be:
PIV: less than 660$
PIII: less than 580$

Since the italian is a very competitive market we need to find very competitive prices. In this respect we are interested also in unbranded notebook

Quantity ordered should be very limited for very first order and then grow to 10-15 per week (even more if your prices are really competitive)

In order to start doing business with potential partners we need to understand the following questions about Product characteristics, Order and Delivery and Payment:

PRODUCT
1. Price of your notebooks in USD per unit
2. Main characteristic (in terms of Microprocessor, Ram, Hard disk etc.) brand and model
3. Italian keyboard (QWERTY) is a must. Please specify if is it possible to have it
4. If the product come with any warranty and, if so, how is it long and what does it cover. Is it possible to have copy of policy?
5. if the product has the CE (European Community) approval
6. If there is an instruction book with the product and if it is possible to have it translated in Italian
