I need blends of polyols to make:
- foam for mattresses 25-30kg/cbm, usual rigidness (compressive strength 3.1+/-3.9 kPa at 40% compression)
- foam for pillows with memory
Also I will highly appreciate if you can supply me with detailed description of processing
As I understand the basic reaction s between polyol and TDI (proportion is 100-30 ? )in presence of additives. Further details and proportions needed
To summirise
Please qoute the best you can for a test 20" container.
- polyols (maybe ready blends)
- TDI sufficient qty
- colorants (3-5 colors, mainly black,red,blue)
- cell opener
- even if blended polyols, please quote separately
