Procedure:

Buyer issues LOI with bank soft probe authorization. The LOI will state the shipment/product, quantity of the shipment, specifications requested, CIF/FOB, price you expect to pay per metric ton of product, method of payment, delivery time, Destination port, the LOI validity in days after being issued.
Seller issue Draft
Buyer Signs Draft
Buyer and Seller sign a CONTRACT for the transaction
Seller send invitation to inspect the material.
POF vs. POP will be provided bank to bank
The buyer sent the text of the L/C for the seller approval, before being emitted. And it was integral part of the contract
The buyer confirmed disposition of financial resources by means of communication swift to the Seller's bank
Buyer agrees on contract, signs, seals and exchange original hare's copies. Facsimile will be considered valid white hard copies are changed
Within 5 days after signing the contract Buyer opens and L/C
Seller opens a 2.0% performance bond
Loading initiates as per contract
The first shipment commences, This will be agree between buyer and seller, after receipt of and acceptable L/C
