We would like to find supplier who could produce cylindrical tube by PC, PETG or Butyrate.
Length is around 16cm with diameter of 2.5 inch, thickness over 1mm and under 1.5mm.
The material should pass US safety standard for baby. Preferably be clear, non-poison, strong but with flexibility, fire-preventive.
The trial order would be around 6,000pcs and expect to order three or four times per year.
It would be better altogether to provide lids on both ends and joint by ultrasonic welding, then covered by another sets of caps by soft PVC in red color.
