Description :
1. Applicable material: kraft paper, regular paper, metalized paper, aluminum foil + paper, non-woven cloth, and other paper of regular thickness-variation.
2. Rewinding type: surface rewinding with duplex rewind-shafts.

(1)Lift-up type mechanical shaft with 3" adapters for heavier web loading.
(2)Equipped with edge position control (epc) to provide accurate slitting position.

4. Unwinding tension control: equipped with automatic tension controller (diameter-calculating type) to provide stable tension and easy operation.
5. Slitting section:
(1)Equipped with circular shear cutter for all kind of material consisting of fiber.
(2)Equipped with automatic counter which will stop the machine when reaching the pre-set length.
6. Rewinding section:
(1)Lift-up type mechanical shaft for heavier roll unloading.
(2)Rewinding shafts for various rewinding core sizes are available.
7. Rewinding tension control:
(1)Powder clutch with manual tension control system.
(2)Equipped with lay-on rollers.
8. Trimmed waste: equipped with expulsion tube.
