Incoming Coil OD - 1000 - 2500 MM

Thickness range : 1.50 MM - 12 MM

Minimum Slitting Width : 100 MM

Maximum Slitting width : 2000 MM

Maximum number of slits - 20 slits

Recoiler Capacity - 30 MT

Recoiler output coil ID - 760 MM


Other details requirement :

1. We want all electrical switchgear, motors, drives & PLC from Siemens.

2. Hydraulics valves and pumps from Rexroth, Yuken, Vickers

3. Bearings, Plummer Blocks, etc. from NSK, Nachi, NTN or Koyo (Japanese bearings)

4. Brakes and other accessories from International brands only.

5. We want all catalogues, manuals, maintenance manual in English language only.

6. We want PLC programs and Drive Parameters in English language and not in any other language like Chinese or Japanese or Korean because we cannot understand them.

7. We need a 4 HI leveler for CTL line.

8. Decoiler to be provided with threading drive for rewinding coil and powerful drag brake for proper back tension during decoiling.

9. Speed of both lines - 15 M/min
