We have a requirement of facade scaffolding for the Blue City Project-Sultanate of Oman as AECO Development LLC (partnership of ENKA Cons.,Turkey And AKTOR Ate,Greece). The project consists of 5000 apartment units, 400 villas, 3ea 5-star Hotel and other retail and amenity buildings. The project is currently at the design stage and this initial requirement of 20,000m2 scaffolding will cover the requirement of first commencing 1000 apartment units.
Scaffold quantities and floor plans are attached. (Elevation drawings of the buildings are not available at the moment; please consider 3.4m floor to floor height for your offer)
The particulars of the requirement are as follows;
-  H-type framed scaffolding as option-1 (75cm min width, length shall be standard production, common practice is 2.5m, height 2m)
-  cup-lock type scaffolding as option-2 (same dimension req. as framed scaffolding)
-  Both options shall have an alternative of hot-dip galvanized and powder coated prices.
-  There should be stairs within the scaffolding every 20m as per floor layouts. Platform shall be made of steel platform or wood platform with access panel only for the axis where stairs are located. (For the avoidance of doubt please see below picture) Remaining platforms will be wood and can be offered if you have such a production

-  In both options toe-boards shall be included in the offer
-  Adjustable base plate shall be galvanized.
-  2pcs standalone stair tower shall be included in the offer (as per max heights of the buildings)
-  Scaffolding system shall be compliant with BS 1139 and timber board shall be complaint with BS 2482
-  All specifications shall be submitted with the offer (steel grade, tube thickness etc)
-  Scaffold design shall be submitted together with the offer
-  Price breakdown shall be submitted as description, unit, unit price, unit weight, total weight
-  CIF Muscat Sultan Qaboos port transport price shall be submitted separately
