We, hereby confirm our intention and willingness to purchase the following commodity as per the following terms and conditions of specification, quantity, and prices.

Specifications: Washed, cleaned and recycled pet.
Please note: If the goods contain water, the water weight should not been calculated as the googs weight, the price only refers to the cleaned pet/goods.

Monthly quantity:300mt

Contract length validity:12 months

Loading port: As per supplier

Destination port: Hong kong

Price revision: Per two months

Terms of shipment: CIF, Hong kong

First shipment: Within 30 days after receipt and acceptance of lc. Balance as per final contract.
Inspection: Quality, quantity and weight by ccic certified agencies or equivalent at sellers cost at the port of loading.
Means of payment: Irrevocable, non-revolving, unconditional, non-transferable, documentary letter of credit.
Maturity of lc:2 years and 35 days
The first draw down is 1 year and 35 days.
Each subsequent drawdown will be in 30 day increments.
Pbg:3% to be submitted by seller
LOI validity:14 days from the date of issuance
The buyer accepts the following procedure of closing deal: Buyer issues LOI with bank information

Buyer issues bcl to seller

Seller issues fco and draft contract to buyer

A. Buyers open non-operative lc
B. Seller issues POP (pop will be issued via bank to bank channels)
