Crude Oil

Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are bidding on the supply of the above items for a major oil field in Iraq and are interested in getting your CIF (INCOTERMS 2000) Umm Qasr Port price (in US Dollars) for the items detailed below.
Please state your payment terms, price validity (90 days required), delivery time (must be less than 6 months, assuming that the order would be placed around April 15, 2012), and defects liability period (24 months required).
We intend to handle the shipping on land from Port of Umm Qasr to the oil field and for this we need your estimate of the tonnage and the number of trailer-loads necessary for land transportation (max load is 50 tons).
Since the bid must be submitted in a remote place, we have to get all the information from you by 10AM on February 19, 2012 (i.e., within 8 days). Please indicate your interest and ability to quote by email as soon as possible.
We expect that you will have some questions. Please reduce them to those of significant impact on cost so we may complete the bid and submit it on time.
