We have a client in South Africa that has been granted a license to participate in the South African Governments tyre recycling program. The license was granted for the greater Johannesburg area in the Gauteng province, which is one of the best license areas in South Africa. We are assisting them in establishing the recycling business and have settled upon pyrolysis as the best technology to implement. We are looking to partner with a technology company that can advise and provide us with a full tyre pryrolysis plant and process which includes shredding of the tyres right through to the pyrolysis and extracting of the scrap steel, gas, tyre derived oil and black carbon to the de-sulphuring and distillation of the tyre derived oil into commercially usable diesel and finally refining of the black carbon into high grade carbon black. We aim to process up to 20 tons of tyre per month. We are looking for the plant design and lay-out; specifications; operating cost; yield/output; life of plant; maintenance costs as well as purchase price and terms of payment.
