We want to BUY colored PVC pellets that meet the following SPECS:

Color of the PVC: Red, white (largest amount), orange, military green,
blue and yellow.

Covering: Evaluated by means of a test of process (for this test three
bulks will be selected at random, the totality of the sample will have to
fulfill the requirement).

Size of the cylinder or spangle: 100% must pass mesh 4 U.S.

Specific gravity (1): 1, 23 +/- 0, 03

Hardness (1): 77 +/- 5 SHORE A

White hardness PVC security wick type export (1): 94 SHORE A

(1) Characteristics verified by means of certificate of quality. The
material will be packed (packaged, baled) in bags conformed by two layers
of Kraft paper to net weight of 25 kg.

ADDITIONAL:

Does not have to present/display material without fusing or burned porosity, manufacture residues (which will be evaluated by means of test of process), or adhesion between cylinders or spangles.

USE: To be made into tags for explosives

Quantity: 4000 lbs (2 metric tons - if feasible) for TEST RUN to start. Then larger shipments (exact amount is unknown, but probably 35+ tons) on an ongoing basis.
