I am currently condcuting a feasabiltiy study for building a continuous PU/PIR production line in South Africa. I need to manufacture 1million m2 per annum based on a nine hour production day. Product thickness to range from 40mm through to 150mm and width 800mm to 1000mm Please include for uncoiler, cold steel forming right through to stacking and packing - a complete line. Please also advise how many roll patterns are included and the cost of additional patterns.
Please advise utility requirements (installed power and energy consumption). Please also advise dimension of buildings to accomodate the production line. Please also indicate number of containers required to export plant, erection and commissioning requirements including your personnel costs and cost of recommended spares.
What is the anticipated delivery time for such a plant?
