The milk must be non-gmo milk and the powder cannot contain the chemical filler melamine. We are using a hot filling machine with 6-layer paper carton for extended shelf life. In this ultra high temperature packaging process, the protein level in the powdered milk cannot be too high or it will not be able to handle the process. We would like to know the protein percentage of the milk as well as the ratio that the milk powder converts to liquid milk. Please scan and send us a copy of the Quality Analysis Certificate and identify the country of origin of your product. As for delivery, please confirm that the price is for delivery CIF or FOB Ashgabat, and that you have the capacity to deliver at 200-250 metric tons per month.
