I am writing for one complete project of HCL absorbing tower and speraparts for HCL furnace as well as spear parts for HCL gas cooler.
Drawings and specifications as per attached copies.
This project installed in Iraq since 1965 Job. No. 3640C by SIGRI KOHLEFABRIKAT GMBH.

1. spear parts for HCL furnace according to the drawing N0. 33CF-0004-167-4, Parts (1 and 38); Quantity= 2.
Burner head of diapon cover with nozzle. Dia. (350mm) x Length(333mm).
HCL gas (550-650)C. temperature.
2. Spear parts for HCL gas cooler according to the drawing No. 2005-06.
Quantity= 4 PCS.
Mater: Block of diapon impregnated.
Cool water at (20 -30) C.

3. A Complete HCL absorption tower according to the drawing No. 33CF-0004-167-6.

Kind of setting: Vertical.
Medium: water/HCl (cold/hot side).
Material: (Shell and tube): Diapon impregnated.
Working pressure and temperature: 1ATM and 45C respectively.
Total height: 7000mm of Dim. 400/610mm.
