Rubber Processing Machinery

I was looking at buying the Devulcanization vessel from China. Can you please urgently help me get answer to the following question ? Do you make these. We want to buy 5 of them ( 8 cubic Meter)
What is the Electricity Unit consumed per Kilogram of rubber in the devulcanizer ?
I need to know the cost of running an electrical heated autoclave. I think if you can call 2 or 3 of the companies that is currently producing reclaim rubber using a electric heated autoclave and get us an answer.
I also wanted to confirm a few more things with respect to the Devulcanizer Vessel (Autoclave).

1. What is the Electricity Unit consumed per Kilogram of rubber in the devulcanizer ?
2. Recommended size of Autoclave: 6 Cubic Meter or 8 Cubic Meter ?
3. Number of batches that you get in an autoclave (specify 6 cubic or 8 cubic ).
4. Output of each batch specify rubber type: Natural Rubber (WTR) or Butyl or EPDM etc
5. Cost of heating per batch, assuming electrical heated autoclave.
6. How much water and/or steam is put into the autoclave.
7. Any other concerns with respect to electrical heated autoclave ?

I was in China, 2 months ago, and we have been going back and forth on the type of heating system we should go for ever since we came from China. In China they use Electric Heated Autoclave and Thermic Fluid Heated Autocalve. But in India most of them use Steam Heated Autoclave. Hence we have been in a dilemma if we will be able to compete with other manufacturers in India if we go with the Chinese Electrical Heated autoclave.
