We are urgently looking for a licensing system for the a digital education program in Kenya.

This is to distribute interactive digital educational content .

he developed interactive educational digital content is to be loaded in the devices for deployment across public schools in Kenya.

We have been invited to source for an effective solution to secure and protect the e-content for online access and offline loading to devices or wireless class servers for schools while ensuring it is secure from copying and piracy. In addition, there is flash content which requires off line installable licenses for protection in computing devices and storage media (USB) as well as optical media.


The educational digital content exists in two principal formats (HTML5 universal platforms and Adobe flash player). The HTMLS content can run on universal platforms and all device models. The files are running in multiple operating systems platforms (including Windows, Linux, Android and 10S/MacOS among others)


The solution should protect content against copying and sharing while allowing full access to universal platforms. Encryption would all be required with unique Key seed generation.


Copying the physical entity should not be possible, it should verify specific digital signatures which are added at the time of creation and which can't be copied by regular software / ripping software.


Licenses shall be required for both online and offline access for the various formats.
