we are from sri lanka and Rockland distillery is distill coconut toddy to produce alcohol.we need to purchase plate heat ex-changer to recovery heat from bottom product of distillation to heat raw toddy before feeding in to the distillation column.
properties of toddy are 984.8Kg/m3 density,4093.3j/kg.k heat capacity,0.00091Pa.s viscosity, 0.577w/m.k thermal conductivity and flow rate is 4 cubic meter per hour and also feeding temperature in to the heat exchanger is 27 celsius and out let should above 87 Celsius(87-89).
properties of spent wash is density 1000,heat capacity 4200,viscosity 0.00089,thermal conductivity 0.609 in same units and flow rate is 3.662 cubic meter per hour and also inlet temperature in to the heat ex-changer is 103 at 1.19 pressure and out let temperature will be vary with out let temperature of coconut toddy normally 40 Celsius.total heat load will be 275-280.
