Bleaching Machinery

Dear Sir ,
Due to my request to deal with a respected company as you . I will ask you very kindly to provide me with an offer for the following request :

H.T bleaching machine of gauze

Wanted : supply machine to work of boiling and bleach the raw gauze no.1 which it must be:
1- machine must be to bleach 7000m(250-300)kg in weight.
2-period of operation not exceed 3 hours.
3-The mineral which consist all the machine parts with the pipes of resistant kind to acids and bases and salts and rust and prefer to be from(316)st.st under pressure 4 bar and heat135C in regard that the chemical materials which used in the operations as fallow:
a- (NAOH) 98% in concentrate and (4-5)% in number from gauze weight.
b- (H2O2) 50% in concentrate&(4-5)% in number from gauze weight.
c-(H2SO4)40% in concentrate&(4-5)% in number from gauze weight.
4- machine works with steam which used in factory with temp
( 100 - 120)C and pressure (3-4)bar.
5-the number of the wanted beams with the machines are 4 only have . inside diameter 60 cm.
6- the number of the carriages are 2 only.
7- measure size of the machine 180 cm.
8- the width of the used cloth nisn120 cm.
9- the supplied machine will be complete from the required pumps and the mechanical parts and the electrical circuits(take notice that the electricity of the factory about(50Hz-380 vol.)
10- supply cooling unit to (PLS &MMI).
11- all the electrical parts in the main board must be from a dependent source.
12- providing programs specialized by (MMI) and equipments(PLS) and providing computer (LAP.TOP) specialized with the machine.
13- providing electronic maps specialized by (MMI) for the possibility of repair in the case of damage inside the company.
14- Supply spare parts and consumers for 2 years.
15- Training technical staff ((5)) for 21 days except traveling days.
