I have a holding company ( American Nationality ) is looking for a refinery with free access to refine crude oils.
Our client require to refine 2 million barrels of Nigerian light crude oil of bonny light. Also if refinery capacity could refine other type of crude & quantity they can take of another crude type.
This deal is meant for a long time contract (five years minimum ).
