The required bitumen 50/70 must be of Europe origin as per Specs. I sent

The buyer wants bulk bitumen

The buyer wants to buy from Refinery on FOB basis

Quantity required is 18000 MT PER YEAR ( quantity of each shipment
depends on refinery delivery)

If above will be available, then need price, origin and delivery port.
If price will be ok, then can get LOI from the buyer
