1. No ICPO/LOI to be issued and no SCO/FCO needed
2. Anything must be based on seller's draft contract. Seller can delete any sensitive coordinates about themselves before the contract signed
3. The terms and the clauses must be fair to both parties. Any term or clause refused to be amendment without any reason, please do not waste our time
