RE: REQUEST FOR A PRICE QUOTE AND PROPOSAL OF TRADE PARTNERSHIP

We have setup shop In Zimbabwe as a distributor of Tallow and soap related ingredients to Soap manufactures. We would want to conduct business with firstly as an independent distributor whilst working on modalities of being your sole Agent in Zimbabwe if its acceptable to you.
Our forecasted demand per month is a minimum of 500tonnes per month, since this is only an informed guess as to our needs, it should not be considered as anything more than a rough idea of our requirements.
Please send me quote CIF Harare Zimbabwe for soap grade tallow together with your discount for volume purchases.
Please also indicate:
a) Delivery time from receipt of our purchase order to receipt of your shipment; this timeframe will be a condition of any purchase order made
b)If all delivery costs are included in your quotes, your prices for pick-up at our separate cost; if delivery costs are not included in your quotes, please state this clearly otherwise we will assume they are included
C) Packaging
D) Your terms of payment.
All price quotations must be firm and state when they expire.
Please provide to us, in writing, with a proforma invoice for 300tonnes, along with your terms and conditions of sale, applicable discounts, lead time and additional sales information, corporate profile and policies. Should the information you provide be acceptable and competitive, you can look forward to our first order within 10 days
Our Clients have requested samples and products certificate of Analysis. Once the samples are ready for collection please advise will make arrangements with carrier services
