We, as a buyer confirm purchasing you as a Seller the following goods on the terms and conditions as stated below

Copper Scrap (ISRI M. berry, Birch, Cliff)
Copper Wire with shead
Used Rails
HMS 1 & 2
Car Battery Scrap (RAINS or RINK)
copper cathode
2. Quantity The first trial your MOQ tons each and then a lot of
tons each up to your stock and market situation
3. The Best Price ? CIF Incheon or Pusan, Korea or Main port in China
4. Payment 100 % Irrevocable L/C at sight or DLC
5. Special conditions for buyers inspection
Your yard visit permissible if asked
All shipment should be inspected by Buyer and/or Representative
6. The Sellers 2 % of P-Bond against buyer's LC
7. Your MOQ ?
8. Your shipping port ?
9. Export certificate and/or substitute papers for exporting
10. The registration or certificate of your company and certificate of ownership for your scrap.
11. The photo which showing your whole goods
