For overseas shipment by Air / Sea, price bid must be on FOB-International sea / Airport of Loading. Unless otherwise specified, SUPPLIER to quote for freight and transit insurance cost separately up to Muscat, Oman basis.
GCC Suppliers : Delivery required DDP basis
Documentation Requirement : Complete company catalogue and the client list in GCC/ world wide
## OTHER REQUIREMENT NOTES.
[1.0] After sales service network in Sultanate of Oman / Middle East
[2.0] International List of customers using same model of equipment / machine with their contact details, Un priced copy of the purchase orders, Satisfactory performance reports.
[3.0]BOM and quantity with itemized unit rate and total amount of recommended spares for two years of trouble free operation [ Separate price list, not to be included in basic machine cost. ]
[4.0]Bill of Material and quantity of Standard accessories included in the offer.
[5.0] Product catalogue, Product color photographs, Audio visual product demonstration DVD etc.
[6.0] SUPPLIER offer MUST specify Make, Model and country of origin of offered equipment. This is mandatory requirement and No offers shall be considered without this compliance.
[7.0] Price quoted must be valid for 90 days from the RFQ closure date. The SUPPLIER shall not be entitled during the said period to revoke or cancel its offer OR to vary the offer given OR any term thereof.
[8.0]Packing : SUPPLIER offer must include appropriate packing commensurate with the mode of transport to ensure damage free delivery at UES at no extra cost to the UES.
[9.0] Overseas supplier other than GCC need to submit offer in USD.
