2.Origin: South Africa
3.Quantity: 30,000 mt per month with one year's extension to one year's contract. (Remarks: subject to seller's available)
4.Specification: Cr2O3: 49%min
Cr/Fe: 2.2%min
SiO2: 5%max
Al2O3: 14%max
MgO2: 8-12%max
moisture: 5% max
5.Price: seller’s best price on FOB basis.
6.Delivery Terms: F.O.B S.T. in Port,South Africa,the shipments will be in bulk.
7.Payment terms: Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit 95% payable at sight and the balance will be paid within 3 banking days after the CIQ's inspection at discharge port.
8.Inspection: The survey inspection of weight and quality at loading port should be done by the AHK and the survey inspection of weight and quality at discharge port will be done by CIQ. Other terms and conditions will be subject to the sales contract.
Remarks:
1) Buyer is willing to consider the spec., which is seller available to supply. Lower grade/purity can be acceptable but depends on the dealing conditions.
2) Besides chrome, buyer is also seeking sources of Manganese ore, lead ore, and zinc ore.
