Now we are going a VVT project and searching for special parts which require a high quality and reliability. The rough technical information please see below:
1. Rotor and stator, which will be used in engine VVT. The parts should be produced by aluminum powder metallurgy technology.
2. All of the shape, including holes on it, need to be formed by a signal sinter process, thus no more machining needed..
