We're interested in buying large quantities of albasia bare core in the size of 13.2mm*1250mm*2490mm. And the grade is export grade "A". The board's detailed quality requirements are as follows:
1)The glue water must be strong, the board can not be disperse.
2)No tree bark, no gap, no rotten core, no holes, no scrapping slurry on the board.
3)The moisture must less than 10 point.
4)The planeness must be good, and no distance between two battens.
5)The short edge of board must be straight close and parallel (The battens' top must be aligned and no sagsandcrests)
6)The long edges of board must less than four battens, they must finger joint (not all battens finger joint, just the battens on the long edges), and also must be straight, close and parallel.
7)The batten's width is 40mm-60mm, and the batten's length is less than 800mm.
