I have request for PKS (Palm Kernel Shell) for biomass energy production to be delivered to Japan. The buyer will escrow funds in an account (no LOCs) to ensure prompt payment. They are looking for 250,000 MT/year to start and to work up to over 1,000,000 MT/year with a long term contract.

I will confirm whether their request is FOB or CIF.
