Special pump

We, as sole agent in Korea of tire safe sealant from UK, are looking for manufacturer of pumps of either manual or power pump that can pump in sealant compound of gel type.  Tire safe sealant compound is gel type mixture of some rubber particles and biochemicals and we want this pump to inject this sealant into car tires through air nozzle thus it needs injection pressure strong enough to pump into tire through its air pressure.   Quantity of one time injection shall be about 250ml per tire.   This sealant has characters of;
APPEARANCE:         Violet Colour, highly viscous liquid/paste
                        DENSITY:  Approx., 1.03
                        VISCOSITY:  Approx., 3000. cps.
                                pH:  Approx., 7.5
Surface tension:        3000 psi (tested)
Other physical properties:        When ambient, product is stable in high viscosity         range - as temperature increases viscosity decreases, returning to high viscosity as tyre temperature decreases. Product coats inner surface of tyre and remains so, next to no pooling in base of tyre.  (Standard motor cycle tyres)

We want to use this pump to inject sealant from its plastic container with about one liter plastic container.  This pump can be operated manually or by car battery power.  If some manufacturer can supply these pumps, we are ready to sign a long-term purchase contract while we have many big buyers of this special puncture free tire sealant in the world.
