We IBA KOREA have been working in international trading and investments since 1966.  We are ready willing and able to provide the following services at reasonable fees through our international networks.
1. Finding reliable buyers worldwide.
2. Finding reliable suppliers of some particular products or plants with advanced technologies.
3. Preparing complicated proposals of turnkey plants.
4. Preparing complicated sales and purchase contracts for various products and plants.
5. Verifying reliable partners to establish various plants under joint venture in desired foreign countries.
6. Guiding procedures to establish various plants in desired foreign countries under 100% foreign investment or under joint ventures securing all the possible favors in such countries.  This service includes support (1) to prepare MOU for such projects, (2) to complete pre-feasibility studies, (3) to prepare contract for such investment plant, (4) to secure all the necessary approvals from relevant governmental authorities within the shortest possible period.
7. Any other services in relation with international transactions including translations into a third language.
