we are interested in purchasing used rails and HMS 1. However in order to avoiding unnecessary fault and risk, to having a real business, and to making a deal easily and quickly, after discussing with our potential buyers, we decide to start business only from spot shipment. Annual contract will not be considered.

In order to avoiding time and money consuming both to the real buyer and seller, business will only be considered based on the following terms and conditions:

Payment Condition---Irrevocable, confirmed and non-transferable LC, established by a top 25 worldwide prime bank for 100% invoice value, payable at sight against shipping   documents and T/T swift at 7-10 days after arrival of the shipping vessel at appointed China Port.

PB--2%.

AQSIQ number  which is required by China Government for exporting metal scraps into China.
  

Please let me know if the above term and condition can be accepted by your side. If yes, please give us the bottom CIF price China main port for used rails, HMS 1, and HMS 1 &2, including $2 per ton commission for our side.
