Dear ACTUAL Sellers,

We need Approved "Seller" for Scrap Batteries Dry for our Genuine and Very Serious Buyers who has Smelter Factory(s).

- Commodity: Used Lead Acid Drained Automobile Batteries.
- Specifications: ISRI Code RAINS.
- Quantity: 500MT-1000MT Per Month x 12 Months. (Or the available Quantity).
- Price: C&F or CIF Albania / India.
- Origin: Any Origin, but NON-European origin.
- Packing: 20ft Containers, and in Pallets.
- Inspection: SGS or similar at Seller's Cost.
- Documents: Export Permit, Origin Certificate, Non-radioactivity Certificate, Ownership Certificate, SGS Certificate.
- Performance Bond: 2% of Shipment Value by the Seller to Activate the Buyer's LC.
- Payment Terms: 100% at sight LC Irrevocable, Revolving, Confirmed, payable against receipt of the Bill of Loading B/L and Shipping Documents.

- Procedures for POF, POP and LC (NON Negotiable):

1. The Buyer will give POF by BCL or Bank to Bank.
2. After signing the Contract and the Buyer gives his POF, the Seller has to give his POP.
3. After the Buyer / Buyer's Bank verified the POP, the Buyer's Bank will issue the Non Operative LC.
4. 4. The Seller's Bank issue the PB to activate the Buyer's LC.
