Please let me know ASAP if you can meet our buyers procedures and supply the diamonds they are looking for.  They will reimburse travel expenses for you or your agent upon completion of the transaction. We will need a full manifest and pricing.  I look forward to hearing from you soon.

We at  LTD. have full intention and financial ability to buy rough diamonds totaling between two and five million dollars.

The following is a list of the diamonds that we intend to purchase:

Color:      D, E, F, G, H, I
Clarity:    FL, VVS, VS, SI
Carats:    5 carats and up

We are also interested in colored diamonds, i.e., yellow, blue, pink, green and red.

We guaranty that once we verify the goods delivered to us match the goods that were listed and approved upon in the manifest, payment will be transferred to the bank of your choice.

Please contact me if you can reliably supply these.
I have the BCL and LOI for these buyers.

I Need a breakout of the smaller stones only 5 carats and larger.

Give us the specifics again in a manifest with color, clarity, size and pricing.

Can get this done quickly if your seller can handle the procedure.

Let me know asap.

Buyers will not leave New York City.

Can send the stones via Brinks or Malca-Amit after approval of manifest with pricing.

Buyers will not issue any paper (that can be abused).

Can be a simple and quick spot transaction.

Can do $5 million per month, after establishing a relationship with sellers.
