Here is another set of drawings (4) we would like to receive a quote on.
The material is AK-7 aluminum, which is equivalent to ANSI A444 or A356 and it would be ZL101 in Chinse spec.

You only need one mold because both halves are identical. The difference between the two halves are that one is drilled and the other one is not.

One important piece of inspection information for the aiRFlex valves is:
Each valve body needs to be shell tested with water to 150 psi. This type valve is direct air actuated, i.e. use compressed air to close the elastomer tube inside the valve. Thus these type of valves must be airtight.
