We at usa CTT Co., Inc , Trading Company based L.A, USA looking for for Principal Authorized Mandates or a Seller.
We are looking for Grey Portland Cement Construction Grade 42.5 R/N

Destination Country:              Russia( Sankt Peterburg, Baltic Sea and port Novorosisk, Black Sea)
Quantity:                          600,000 MT
        every shipment 12,500 MT (1st one shipment March 10-15)

Specifications , Standards:        Construction grade 42.5 N/R according to the following standards: American Standards - ASTM C-150

Origin:        Brazil, Mexico
Packaging:        Big Bags - packed in 1.2 or 1.5 or 2.0 ton, sling bags

Delivery Size:        First shipment: 12,500 MT.

Shipping:        12,500 MT/ lift; draft max 9.6 m; geared with minimum
        15 ton SWL cranes to be freely available to receivers
        (cost incorporated in freight rate).

Inspection:        Quality, quantity, weight, and photo by  (SGS)  at Seller's cost at port of loading.

Performance Guarantee:        Two percent  of one (1) month's shipment value.

Mode of Payment:        Irrevocable, Monthly Revolving, Non-Transferable, Confirmed, Divisible, Documentary Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight documents Seller Bank.
